EaseOrigin designed and implemented an intelligent automation platform for a large logistics and supply chain company seeking to reduce manual operational overhead and improve process consistency. The engagement combined process mining to identify automation candidates, RPA development and deployment for high-volume repetitive tasks, and intelligent workflow orchestration for complex multi-step processes spanning multiple business systems.

The company's operations teams spent over 60% of their time on manual, repetitive tasks across order processing, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and compliance reporting. Processes were poorly documented, with significant variation between teams and locations. Our Solution
EaseOrigin deployed Celonis for process mining, analyzing 18 months of event log data to map actual process flows and identify the highest-impact automation candidates. We then built and deployed UiPath bots for 15 core processes, implementing attended and unattended automation based on process complexity. Power Automate handled simpler workflow orchestration, while a React-based operations dashboard provided real-time visibility into bot performance, exception handling, and process throughput. MongoDB stored process execution logs for ongoing optimization analysis.
